Acrobat 5.0 settings

Meie soovituslikud Acrobat Distiller 5.0 joboptions'id põhinevad programmiga kaasa tuleval Press seadistusel millega võrreldes olulisemaks erinevuseks on Overprint'i, Under color removal & Black Generartion'i ja OPI-kommentaaride mitte-arvestamine ning Transfer functions'ite rakendamine säilitamise asemel. Lisaks on keelatud PostScript-failil Distilleri seadistusi muuta ja PDFi ei salvestata job ticket'it.

Erilist tähelepanu väärib overprint'i mitte-arvestamine, mille põhjuseks on probleemid töödega, kus kogemata on mitte-mustadele objektidele kehtestatud overprint. Kõigile mustadele objektidele lisatakse overprint automaatselt RIPis, ilma overprint'ita mustade objektide jaoks (nt suuremad pinnad) soovitame kasutada mitme-värvi-musta (100K 40C 30M).

Our Acrobat Distiller 5.0 joboptions are based on Press settings that come with the program. Notable differences are applying Transfer functions, ignoring Overprint, Under color removal & Black Generation, OPI, job options and jobticket that might be present in PostScript file.

Overprint is ignored to avoid problems with jobs that have overprint accidentially specified for non-100%-black objects. We add overprint to all black object in RIP. For black objects that are to be printed without overprint (large areas for example) we suggest using rich black (100K 40C 30M).
